In a blender, add the sweet corn, the milk and the sugar, blend it all together very well for 2 minutes.
Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk and the corn starch, mix very well until combined, with the heat is still off.
Add the table cream, the butter, the salt and the mixture made in the blender, turn the heat on medium and mix nonstop until it thickens.
Once it's thickened, transfer the mixture to a glass dish and let it chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste.
Serve.
