Start by chopping the cabbage into strips and set aside. Also cut the pepper into strips.
Grate the carrot using the small holes in the grater.
Into a bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the table cream, the wheat flour and the baking powder, mix all the ingredients very well.
Once you’ve done that, into a skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted, add the grated carrot and stir until wilted.
Add the pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the cabbage and stir well until wilted.
Next, pour in all the egg-mixture and spread it all over the skillet.
Add a pinch of salt and the mozzarella cheese chopped into small dices.
Cover the skillet and, over low heat, let it all cook for 5 minutes.
Serve.
