Egg Dessert with Pistachios

In a large skillet, add the eggs, the sugar and stir everything very well until combined.Add the butter, the ground cinnamon and continue stirring until it pulls away from the bottom of the pan and reaches a crumbly consistency.This will take around 10 minutes.After doing that, grease a medium-sized baking dish. For this, spread unsalted butter at room temperature using a brush.Next, add the mixture we prepared and spread it evenly.Next, add the shelled pistachios, pressing them firmly into the dessert.Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for 30 minutes.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until it melts completely.Add the chocolate, turn off the heat and stir until the chocolate melts completely.Then add the heavy cream and stir again until well combined.After the dessert has chilled, cut it into smaller pieces and finish with the ganache we prepared.Serve.

  • 1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
  • 100g of Semisweet Chocolate
  • 100g of Heavy Cream
