Start by peeling the cucumbers and cut them in half. Remove all the seeds then cut into diagonal thin strips.
Set aside.
Into a bowl, add the table cream, the oregano and the mustard, mix well.
Add the apple vinegar, the black pepper and chives to taste, mix again.
Now pour all the sauce over the chopped cucumbers and mix.
Finish with the salt and mix again.
Transfer all the salad to a nice serving dish and serve.
