Into a saucepan, start by adding the water, the sugar, the packets of unflavored gelatin powder, mix well until dissolved.
Turn on the heat and stir until it starts to boil.
After that, split this mixture into 3 equal parts and pour each part into a baking dish.
Now into one of these baking dishes, add the red food coloring and mix well.
Into another baking dish, add the green food coloring and mix.
Into the last baking dish, add the yellow food coloring and mix.
Take the baking dishes to the fridge and let them chill for 2 hours or until firm.
After that, cut the jellies into dices and release them from the baking dishes using a spatula.
Then transfer all these jelly dices to a bowl and mix.
Add the mixed diced fruits of your choice.
Add the hydrated sago pearls and mix well.
Add the heavy cream, the condensed milk, and the packs of table cream, mix very well.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
After this indicated time, split the dessert into plastic cups with a lid to better store them in the fridge.
Serve.
