Banana Rice Smoothie

In a saucepan, start by adding the bananas slices, the rice and enough hot water to cover them all, add the cinnamon powder and mix everything very well.Turn on the heat to medium - low power and let everything cook for 15 minutes, then remove the rice-banana mixture from the heat.Transfer it to a large blender and blend everything until well combined.Add the cold water and blend again until incorporated.After that, transfer to a large bowl by passing everything through a sieve.Add the refined sugar, the juice of 1 lemon, the vanilla essence and mix well until combined.Transfer to a nice serving jar, take it to the fridge and let it chill for 2 hours.Serve with ice cubes.

  • 1 Cup of Refined Sugar
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
