Crispy Baked Potatoes

Wash the potatoes and don't peel off the skins, cut the potatoes in half then chop the halves in half again, into wedges.Drizzle some olive oil or oil on a baking tin, add the potatoes and season them with paprika, salt and oregano, rub these spices all over the potatoes, add another drizzle of olive oil and mix well.Arrange the potatoes with the skins facing down and sprinkle some parmesan cheese all over them.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 50 minutes (until it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside).

  • 3 Generous Pinches of Paprika
  • Oregano to Taste
  • Olive Oil or Oil for Drizzling
  • Grated Parmesan
