Start by crushing the chocolate biscuits, transfer them to a bowl and add the melted unsalted butter, mix very well until it all combines and turns into a dough.
Transfer this dough to a cake tin with removable bottom, evenly spread it all over the bottom until flat. Set aside.
Now, into a bowl, add the cream cheese, the icing sugar and mix well. Add the melted white chocolate and mix very well until combined, then set aside.
Into another bowl, add the heavy cream and whip until it reaches a whipped cream consistency. Add the white cream we’ve prepared to this whipped cream and mix well.
Transfer this cream to the cake tin and spread it out evenly until flat.
Take it to the fridge and leave it there for about 5 hours.
Garnish with white chocolate shavings.
Serve.
