Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk and the cornstarch, mix them well until combined, add the vanilla essence, the table cream, and the milk, turn on the heat and stir non-stop until it slightly thickens.
Remove from heat and stir until the cream has slightly cooled down.
Into a glass dish, add a layer of cream, then add a layer of cornstarch biscuits, repeat this process until you’ve used up all the cream. Top it with the peaches, as you wish. Take it to the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Dissolve the pineapple jelly powder in 200ml of hot water and 200ml of cold water.
Pour this jelly mixture all over the dessert in the glass dish.
Leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
