Penne on a Stick

Into a pasta pot, start by adding the water, the olive oil and the salt, mix very well. Once the water starts to boil, add the pasta and let it cook for 7-10 minutes or until al dente.Once it reaches the right cooking point, drain the water, and remove the pasta.Now get some skewers and pierce the center of the pasta penne, one by one. Repeat this process until you’ve filled a whole skewer with pasta. Repeat this process until you’ve used up all pasta and set aside.Line a medium baking sheet with a piece of non-stick paper or parchment paper and place the pasta skewers on it.Brush the tomato sauce over each skewer, flip them over and brush the other side as well.Now, spread some mozzarella cheese on top of each skewer, also add the green, red and yellow peppers chopped into dices on top of each one.Also add the sliced olives and some oregano to taste.Now, place in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.Serve.

  • 100g of Penne Pasta
  • 1 Liter of Water
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 4 Barbecue Skewers
  • Ready Tomato Sauce to Taste
  • 100g of Grated Mozzarella
  • Green Pepper to Taste
  • Red Pepper to Taste
  • Yellow Pepper to Taste
  • Sliced Olives to Taste
  • Oregano to Taste
  • Salt to Taste
  • Pepper to Taste

Modo de Fazer

Now get some skewers and pierce the center of the pasta penne, one by one. Repeat this process until you’ve filled a whole skewer with pasta.  

Repeat this process until you’ve used up all pasta and set aside.
