In a bowl, add the egg, the salt and the oil, mix it all together very well, add the milk and the sifted wheat flour.
Mix it all together until it combines and forms a batter, add the baking powder, mix gently.
The filling is to taste, you can add any filling you like, the aim here is simply to teach you how to make the pie in the skillet.
We'll give you a chicken filling recipe here, if you want, you can make it too, it will turn out great.
In a pan, add the oil, the onion and sauté until translucent, add the garlic and sauté until lightly browned.
Add the tomato and 25ml of water, mix gently, add the paprika and the saffron, add another 25ml of water, the salt and the cooked shredded chicken.
Mix it all together very well then add the creamy cheese srpread, mix and set aside.
Attention: if you are going to make our filling, make the filling first and then the batter.
Moving on, add half of the batter in a skillet over very low heat, cover it with the filling, then add the other half of the batter over the filling, spreading it very well on top.
Cover the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, depending on the power of your oven. Make sure you don't let it burn. Then flip it to another skillet of the same size or use a spatula to flip it.
Top it with grated cheese to taste and oregano. Cover the skillet again and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes. Then serve.
