
Fudge Sauce
Start by adding the milk chocolate to the rice while it’s cooking and stir everything very well until fully combined.
Next, transfer this rice to a blender, add the sugar, the water, the eggs and blend everything very well until fully combined.
Transfer this mixture to a large bowl, add the vegetable oil and mix to incorporate.
Add the baking powder and mix once more.
Pour this batter into a 22cm-diameter baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat add the sweetened condensed milk, the butter, the milk chocolate and stir everything very well until the mixture is smooth and starts to pull away from the bottom of the skillet.
Add the heavy cream and stir once more to incorporate.
After the cake has baked, top it with the fudge sauce we prepared.
Serve.
