Pasta
Start by putting the sauce of your choice in a baking dish, I’ve used canned diced tomato pulp.
Spread the sauce all over the baking dish, add the sugar, the grated mozzarella cheese, add the grated parmesan and the creamy cheese spread, spread all the ingredients well.
Season with the garlic powder, the oregano, the sweet paprika, the black pepper and the salt, add the olive oil.
Now cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, into a large pan add the water, the salt, the olive oil and the pasta, cook for about 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain the water and set aside.
Once the sauce has cooked through, remove from the oven and mix all ingredients very well.
Once you’ve done that, pour in all the pasta and mix well.
Sprinkle some parsley to taste and top it with 100g of grated mozzarella cheese.
Take it back to the oven at 180°C (356°F) and let it bake for 10 minutes.
Serve.
