In a skillet over medium heat filled with boiling water, add the oranges and let them cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the oranges from the water and let them cool to room temperature.
Next, cut the oranges in half, remove their core, cut them into strips and into smaller pieces.
Now transfer half of these oranges to a large saucepan.
Add the granulated sugar, the other half of these oranges and cover with more sugar.
Cover the saucepan and let everything rest for at least 6 hours.
After this time has passed, take the saucepan to medium heat, and let everything cook until the sugar completely melts.
Next, add the juice of one lemon and stir everything very well.
Cover the saucepan again and let it all cook until the liquid evaporates almost completely.
Remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Now, using a pastry cutter ring, cut the sheet of puff pastry into circles and remove the excess pastry.
To assemble the recipe, add one teaspoon of the orange marmalade we prepared on top of the puff pastry.
Close the pastry and press the edges with the help of a fork.
Transfer everything to a large baking sheet and brush melted butter all over the pastries.
Add granulated sugar to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
