In a large skillet over medium heat filled with very hot vegetable oil, add the garlic cloves.
Fry them until golden brown, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
Next, cut the baguette bread in half.
Add the garlic cloves we fried, dividing them equally between each half of the bread.
Mash them with a fork, spreading well, then set aside.
In a small bowl, add the tomato paste, the butter and mix everything very well until combined.
Transfer the bread we prepared earlier to a large baking tray.
And on each half of the bread, add 2 tablespoons of the butter and tomato paste mixture, then spread evenly.
Add 50g of shredded mozzarella cheese to each half, covering all the sauce.
Take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 15 minutes or until nicely melted and browned.
Serve.
