3cm of Ginger Root
½ Bunch of Mint Leaves
2 Kale Leaves
Juice of ½ Lime
Start by chopping the cucumber into small round slices.
Chop the apple into smaller pieces, removing the core and the seeds.
Transfer the cucumber and the apple to a blender, add the ginger, the mint leaves and the kale leaves, blend all the ingredients.
Press the ingredients with a carrot, for example, to make sure they are all well blended.
After that, transfer this mixture to a medium bowl, by passing it through a cloth strainer. Strain it very well to extract all the juice.
Add the lime juice and mix.
Transfer the juice to a jar filled with ice cubes and serve.
