Into a 1-liter capacity glass jar with a lid, add the olive oil and the beef steak.
Add the peeled garlic cloves, the onion sliced into rounds, the potatoes and the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Cover the jar, place it in the fridge, and let everything soak for at least 4 hours.
After this time has passed, drain all the excess oil.
Season the meat with salt, black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder to taste and spread.
Repeat this seasoning on the other side of the steak.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add olive oil until it covers the bottom and let it heat up.
Once it’s hot, add the seasoned steak and fry it until golden brown.
Serve.

Wow!!! Soak it all in olive oil for 4 hours? Does it tenderize everything? Or it tastes better? Cooks quicker for sure. Anyhow, I'm curious enough to try it bc it has all my favorite ingredients... especially steak!!! I'm such a carnivore!!!
