Ganache
In a large saucepan, add the sugar, the cocoa powder, the butter and the water.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and mix everything very well until combined.
In a large bowl, add the milk biscuits, crushing them into smaller pieces.
Then add the chocolate cream we prepared and mix everything very well until combined.
Now, transfer the entire mixture to a medium baking dish and set aside.
In a large saucepan, add the egg yolks, the sugar, the vanilla essence, the cornstarch and the milk.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and mix everything very well until it thickens.
Add the butter and mix everything very well again until combined.
Next, divide this cream into 2 equal parts, placing it in 2 bowls and set one of them aside.
Now, in the other bowl, add the hazelnut cream and mix until well combined.
In the dish with the biscuits we prepared earlier, add the white cream, spread it evenly and cover everything with milk biscuits.
Next, add the hazelnut cream we prepared and spread it evenly.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
After this time has passed, in a small bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate and the vegetable oil.
Place it in the microwave, set it to maximum power, and melt in 30-second intervals stirring in between until completely melted.
Add the heavy cream and mix until combined.
Next, pour this ganache over the dessert.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
