In a bowl, add the ketchup at room temperature.
Add the salt, the sugar and the black pepper, mix and keep gradually adding the wheat flour, then mix.
Use your hands to knead the dough.
Now, flour a table and place the dough on it.
And using a rolling pin, stretch it out until not too thick nor too thin.
Using a round dough cutter or a glass, cut the dough into several circles, just like shown in the video.
Next, in a skillet over medium heat filled with hot oil, add from 3 to 4 pieces of dough for frying.
Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Then remove from the hot oil and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.
Next, in another skillet over medium-low heat, add one drizzle of vegetable oil, add the chopped mushrooms, and let them fry for 2 minutes.
Add the unsalted butter and ½ tablespoon of wheat flour, stir for 1 minute until the flour has cooked through.
Add the milk and one pinch of salt, keep stirring until thickened.
Serve the bread with the sauce we made.
