Cabbage Seasoning
Sauce
Start by cutting the cabbage into slices about 2 fingers thick.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until it melted.
Add the cloves of garlic cut into strips, the sweet paprika and sauté until the garlic turns lightly golden.
Now, add the cabbage slices and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Repeat this process with all the cabbage.
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, green onions to taste, the crushed garlic cloves, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, the Italian seasoning and mix everything very well so that the seasoning is incorporated.
Now, take a handful of this meat and shape it into a ball.
Repeat this process with all the meat.
In a large baking tray lined with non-stick paper, add the fried slices of cabbage.
Season them with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Add 2 slices of red onion on top of each one and the meat we prepared.
Next, with a potato masher, flatten all the meat and set aside.
Now, grate a whole zucchini using the largest holes on the grater.
In a medium bowl, add the cooking cream, green onions to taste, parsley to taste, the tomato paste and mix.
Arrange all the zucchini on top of the meat and spread the sauce we prepared.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
