Carrot Cake with Creamy Chocolate

In a blender, start by adding the carrots chopped into round slices and the eggs, pour in the milk, the oil, the sugar and blend all the ingredients together very well.Once you’ve done that, transfer this whole mixture to a large bowl and add the sifted wheat flour, mix until a smooth and uniform batter forms.Add the baking powder and mix gently until incorporated.Now, transfer all this batter to a 20cm diameter cake tin greased with butter and wheat flour.Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.Meanwhile, in a bowl, put the dark chocolate, microwave and melt every 30 seconds.Once this is done, add the cream and mix.When the cake has baked, unfold.Pour the chocolate syrup we made.Help yourself.

Ingredientes

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Cup of Milk (240ml Cup)
  • 150ml of Oil
  • 2 Cups of Refined Sugar
  • 3 Cups of Sifted Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
  • 200g of Semisweet Chocolate
  • 200g of Thick Cream

Add the baking powder and mix gently until incorporated. 

Now, transfer all this batter to a 20cm diameter cake tin greased with butter and wheat flour.
