Start by cutting the hot dog sausages down the middle, being careful not to separate them completely, then flip them over and cut them on the other side.
Then, thread two pieces of string, one through each cut of the hot dog sausage.
Repeat this process with all of the sausages.
Fill a large pan over medium heat with vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the hot dog sausages we tied and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the hot oil, transfer them to a medium bowl by removing the strings and set aside.
In a large pot over medium heat filled with boiling water, add the spaghetti pasta and cook for 7 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté until lightly golden brown.
Next, add the carrot, the tomato also chopped into small cubes and the tomato sauce.
Season with the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper and the sweet paprika.
Add the water and let everything cook for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water from the pasta we cooked.
Add the pasta to the skillet with the sauce, also add the hot dog sausages we fried and mix.
Serve.
