
Sauce
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Add the eggs, the water, mix until well combined and set aside.
Now, on the wheat tortilla, place the ground chicken breast and spread it evenly.
After doing that, cut the tortilla into 8 pieces.
Dip one of these pieces we cut into the mixture we prepared then coat it in a bowl with wheat flour.
Repeat this process with all the pieces.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the tortillas we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
In a mixer, add the mint leaves, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey and a drizzle of olive oil.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and blend thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
Serve the chicken tenders with the sauce we prepared earlier.
