Flour Seasoning
Into a bowl, add the eggs, the salt and the chicken stock powder, mix until combined.
Into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread well, pour in the egg mixture we’ve made and let it fry for 2 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip and let it fry for another minute.
After that, remove the fried egg and transfer it to a plate lined with a sheet of paper towel.
Slice the egg into 8 equal pieces. Once you’ve done that, set aside.
Into a small square dish, add the wheat flour, season it with salt, add the baking powder and the chicken stock powder, mix all the ingredients together very well.
Now get 5 tablespoons of flour and transfer to another glass dish, add the water and mix well until combined.
Get one piece of the egg we’ve sliced and dip it in the liquid mixture we made, then coat it in the wheat flour. Repeat this process with the same piece, then do it to all the other pieces.
Now, into a skillet, add enough oil and let it heat up, once it’s hot enough, add the breaded egg pieces, one by one, and let them fry for 2 minutes each side.
Drain them on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
