
For Breading
Start by cutting the hot dog sausages in half then slice them into thin rounds.
Then, transfer everything to a large strainer set over a bowl, add water until everything is covered and rinse the sausages thoroughly.
Then, remove them from the water and, still in the strainer, transfer them to a baking dish with wheat flour.
Mix very well to coat all the sausages.
Place these sausages still in the strainer into a large skillet over medium heat with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.
Add the beaten eggs, spread them across the skillet and fry them until set.
Then add the hot dog sausages we fried in the center, the slice of cheddar cheese, the slice of mozzarella cheese and roll the egg over the sausages.
Then, add 3 more eggs to the skillet, let them fry once again until set and roll it up again.
Place this omelet over the bacon slices and wrap the slices around the omelet.
Now bread it, first by coating it in wheat flour, then dip it in beaten eggs and finally, coat it in panko breadcrumbs.
Transfer it to a large skillet over medium heat with hot vegetable oil and fry it until golden brown.
Serve.
