Start by chopping the head of lettuce, previously washed, into thin strips and set aside.
Drain all the liquid from the cans of tuna and set aside.
Cut the tomatoes in half then into thin strips.
Cut the red onion the same way – cut in half then into thin strips.
Cut the cheese block into cubes.
Once you’ve done that, in a bowl, add the olive oil, the lime juice, the salt, the black pepper, the soy sauce, mix all the ingredients very well.
In a large bowl, add the lettuce, the tuna, the corn, the chopped tomato and the onion, mix well.
Add the cheese cubes and pour in all the dressing we prepared, mix very well again.
Serve.
