Milk Powder Mousse with Strawberry Jelly

Dissolve the strawberry jelly powder in one and a half cups of hot water then add the cold water, mix for 1 minute.Transfer this jelly mixture to a glass dish and leave it in the fridge until it hardens.As soon as the jelly is hard enough, move on to the second part of the recipe.Into a blender, add the condensed milk, the table cream, the milk powder, blend for 2 minutes.Hydrate the colorless gelatin powder according to the instructions on the label, add it to the mixture in the blender and blend it all together for another minute.Pour this mixture over the strawberry jelly in the glass dish.Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.Sprinkle some milk powder all over it and garnish to taste.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 2 Packets of Strawberry Jelly Powder
  • 1 ½ Cups (240ml) of Very Hot Water
  • 1 ½ Cups (240ml) of Very Cold Water
  • 1 Pack of Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 ½ Packs of Table Cream (300g)
  • 1 Cup (240ml) of Milk Powder
  • 1 Envelope of Colorless Unflavored Gelatin Powder (12g)

To Garnish

  • Milk Powder to Taste
  • 3 Strawberries, Sliced in Half
