Custard Pudding Cake

Into a bowl, add the eggs, the refined sugar, the oil, the whole milk and sift the chocolate powder, mix it all together until combined.Add the baking powder and sift the wheat flour, mix it all together very well again.Grease a ring cake pan with caramel, transfer the chocolate batter to the cake pan and set aside.Into a bowl, add the eggs, the condensed milk, the vanilla essence, the milk and mix it all together until combined.Pour this mixture over the chocolate batter in the cake pan.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 50 minutes (do the toothpick test).Put a baking tray under the cake pan to bake in a double boiler. Cover the cake pan with aluminum foil and bake for another 30 minutes.

  • 2 Eggs

  • 6 Tablespoons of Chocolate Powder 50% Cocoa
  • 2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup of Wheat Flour

  • 1 Pack of Condensed Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
  • 22cm Ring Cake Pan Greased with Caramel

Add the baking powder and sift the wheat flour, mix it all together very well again.

Grease a ring cake pan with caramel, transfer the chocolate batter to the cake pan and set aside. 

Into a bowl, add the eggs, the condensed milk, the vanilla essence, the milk and mix it all together until combined.

Pour this mixture over the chocolate batter in the cake pan.
