2 Cucumbers
Ginger
10 Mint Leaves
1 Lemon
700ml of Cold Water
Start by cutting off the ends of the cucumbers then peel off completely.
Cut them in half then into smaller pieces. Set aside.
After that, peel about 3cm of ginger and slice into smaller pieces.
Squeeze the lemon and set aside.
After that, into a blender, put the cucumber strips, the ginger, the lemon juice, the mint leaves and the cold water. Blend all the ingredients very well for 5 minutes.
Once you’ve done that, pass all the juice through a fine sieve.
Serve with ice cubes.
Drink the juice before bed for 7 days.
