In a large bowl, add the sugar, the egg, the vegetable oil, the unsalted butter at room
Add the vanilla extract, the wheat flour, the cornstarch and mix everything very well until it forms a smooth and even dough.
Then transfer this dough into a plastic bottle cut in half.
Next, place the bottle on top of a container.
Insert the stick into the center of the bottle’s opening and squeeze to shape the biscuits.
Repeat this process with all the dough.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
In a large pan over medium to low heat, add the strawberries cut into smaller pieces, the blueberries, the sugar and stir everything very well until the fruits have completely melted.
Serve the biscuits with the jam we prepared.
