Start by pressing down the center of the bun dough with the back of a spoon and set them aside.
In a large saucepan over medium to low heat, add the berries, the sugar and stir everything very well until the berries are completely dissolved.
Remove from the heat and set aside until it reaches room temperature.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the refined sugar, the egg, the vanilla extract, the wheat flour, the unsweetened natural yogurt and beat everything very well until smooth.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the sugar, the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
To assemble the recipe, fill the dough buns with the cream we prepared, then add the jam and finally, the crumbled mixture.
Place in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
To make the bun dough we used in this recipe, in a large bowl, add the warm milk, the dry yeast powder and mix everything very well.
Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the egg, the sugar and mix again.
Add the wheat flour and mix.
When you can no longer mix with the spoon, add the melted butter and knead well with your hands until the dough is smooth and well-combined.
Cover with a cloth and let it ferment for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, take a handful in your hands and shape it into a ball.
Make 6 of these little dough balls and transfer them to a non-stick baking sheet.
Cover with a cloth and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
After this time has passed, brush them with the mixture of egg yolks and heavy cream.
Serve.
