Strawberry Mousse

In a pan, put the condensed milk, the milk powder and the corn starch and mix until combined. Add the sifted egg yolks, the table cream, the vanilla essence, the butter and the milk, turn on the heat at low temperature and stir nonstop until it gains consistency. Turn off the heat and keep stirring for 1 minute.
Transfer the cream to a bowl and cover with a plastic bag, let it cool down. Whip the whipped cream and add to this cream, mix until combined.
Whip the whipped cream, add the condensed milk, the milk powder and the strawberry juice, whip until combined. Add the strawberries and mix well.
Into a glass dish, add a layer of cream and spread it well, add a layer of biscuits, then add a second layer of cream, spread it well, repeat this process until you've used up all the cream. Top it all with the strawberry mousse.
Garnish with crushed biscuits around the dessert and with strawberries in the center.
Let it chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
