Into a bowl, add the grated coconut and the condensed milk, mix very well until combined. Set aside.
Into another bowl, add the eggs, the sugar and mix until combined.
Add the melted butter, the milk and the coconut milk, and mix again until combined.
Add the cocoa powder and the wheat flour, mix very well again, and add the baking powder. Mix it all together for the last time until combined and set aside.
Grease a 22cm baking dish with butter and pour in the chocolate batter. Finally, pour the coconut mixture over the chocolate batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 50 to 60 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
Let it cool down and unmold.
