Traditional Rice Pudding

Into a pan, add the rice and the water, boil over medium heat until the water dries up a bit. Turn down the heat.Add the sugar and mix well, nonstop. Add the table cream and the can of condensed milk, mix well.Add the very hot milk, the grated coconut and the salt. Mix nonstop.Sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top, to taste.

  • 2 Cups of Rice
  • 4 Cups of Water 
  • 1 Cup of Sugar 
  • 1 Pack of Table Cream
  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk
  • 100g of Grated Coconut
  • 1 Liter of Very Hot Milk
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • Cinnamon or Clove (Optional)
