Pressure Cooker Flan

Into a skillet, add the sugar and the water, stir very well until the sugar starts to dissolve and keep stirring until a caramel sauce is formed, set aside.Into a bowl, add the eggs, the condensed milk and the milk, mix all the ingredients very well.Now, equally split the caramel sauce between 6 glass cups.Next, equally split the flan batter between the cups.Cover the cups with aluminum foil and set them aside.Now place a tablecloth at the bottom of a pressure cooker and add just enough water to soak the tablecloth.Put the glass cups over the tablecloth.Add enough water to cover 1/3 of the cups.Attach the lid and bring the cooker to high heat, leave it there until it comes to pressure. Turn the heat down to medium and let it cook for 5 minutes.After this indicated time, turn off the heat and let the pressure fully release naturally. Remove the flans and let them cool.Take them to the fridge and let them chill for about 3 hours.After this indicated time, you may unmold the flans by running a knife around the cup edges.Serve.
