Chocolate and Cream Trifle

Into a bowl, start by adding the condensed milk, the packs of table cream and the milk powder. Mix very well until combined and set aside.Into another bowl, add the unflavored gelatin powder and the water, mix well until fully dissolved then pour it into the bowl with the cream, mix well.Now, dip the biscuits of your choice in milk and make a layer of biscuits in a medium glass dish, then add two scoops of the cream we’ve made, spreading very well.Make another layer of biscuits then another layer of cream. Repeat this process until you’ve made 4 layers of each.Take to the fridge and leave for about 3 hours.Top the dessert with semisweet or milk chocolate shavings.Help yourself to a slice.

  • 1 Envelope of Unflavored Gelatin Powder (12g)
  • 5 Tablespoons of Water
  • 200g of Corn Starch or Milk Biscuits
  • Chocolate Shavings
