Ground Beef
Start by adding the block of cheddar cheese in the center of a baking dish.
Add the pasta, the milk, the water, season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the sweet paprika, the oregano, the dried basil, mix all the ingredients together until incorporated.
Add the grated mozzarella and the grated cheddar, the unsalted butter and take to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F), let it bake for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, the onion chopped into small cubes, the yellow and red bell peppers chopped into cubes, stir until slightly golden brown.
Now, add the grated garlic cloves and stir.
Add the ground beef and stir until the meat juices have fully evaporated.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and the dried parsley, stir until incorporated.
Once the pasta has baked through, remove it from the oven and mix very well.
Transfer all the meat we made to the baking dish with the pasta, mix and add the grated cheddar all over it.
Take it back to the oven, now preheated at 200°C (400°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
