1 Pinch of Salt
1 Cup of Tapioca Starch (240ml Cup)
¾ Cup of Cornstarch
3 Tablespoons of Milk at Room Temperature
1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Tablespoons of Oil
1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
In a bowl, add the eggs and whisk them well.
Add the salt, the tapioca starch, the cornstarch, the milk and mix all the ingredients very well.
Now, add the parmesan cheese and the oil, mix again.
Add the baking powder and mix gently.
After that, transfer the batter to a loaf tin greased with margarine and wheat flour.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Unmold and serve.
