Savory Stuffed Bread

In a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, add the grated Calabrese sausage and stir-fry until slightly golden brown.Turn off the heat and set aside.In a blender, add the eggs, the oil and the milk, blend well.Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour, mix until combined.Add the grated ham, the grated mozzarella cheese, chopped olives to taste, and mix again.Add one pinch of salt and the baking powder, mix gently.Transfer this mixture to a loaf tin greased with margarine and wheat flour.Top it with the grated parmesan cheese and the oregano.Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30 minutes.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 1 Calabrese Sausage 
  • 4 Eggs 
  • 1 Cup of Oil (240ml Cup) 
  • 1 ½ Cups of Milk at Room Temperature 
  • 2 Cups of Sifted Wheat Flour 
  • 150g of Ham 
  • 150g of Mozzarella Cheese 
  • Olives to Taste 
  • 1 Pinch of Salt 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder 
  • Parmesan Cheese to Taste 
  • 1 Pinch of Oregano

Modo de Fazer
