Ganache
In the blender, add the milk powder, the sugar, the water and blend it all together until combined, add the table cream and the lime juice, blend again. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals or in a double boiler and add the table cream, mix well, add the whipped cream and mix until combined.
Add this mixture of chocolate and whipped cream to the mousse we've set aside, mix lightly.
Make a new ganache with 100g of chocolate and using a spatula, spread it around the edges of a glass dish, set the rest of the ganache aside. Add the mixture and spread evenly.
Pour the rest of the ganache we've set aside all over this mixture and spread well. Let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Whip another 100ml of whipped cream and top the dessert with it, for garnish.
Add some chocolate shavings on top.
Serve.
