Brazilian Peanut Candy Dessert

Into a bowl, add the table cream, the condensed milk and the peanut candies, mix it all together very well. Add the hydrated colorless unflavored gelatin, mix again.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge until creamy or in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.Into a glass dish, add a layer of the cream, then add a layer of corn starch biscuits (dip them in milk).Repeat this process until you end up with a top layer of cream.Chill in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.Sprinkle with peanut candies or garnish to taste.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 3 Packs of Table Cream (600g)
  • 1 Pack of Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 9 Brazilian Peanut Candies (18g each)
  • 1 Envelope of Colorless Unflavored Gelatin Powder (12g)
  • 2 Packets of Corn Starch Biscuits

For Garnish

  • 6 to 7 Brazilian Peanut Candies

Into a bowl, add the table cream, the condensed milk and the peanut candies, mix it all together very well. Add the hydrated colorless unflavored gelatin, mix again. 

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge until creamy or in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes. 

Into a glass dish, add a layer of the cream, then add a layer of corn starch biscuits (dip them in milk). 

Repeat this process until you end up with a top layer of cream. 

Chill in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours. 

Sprinkle with peanut candies or garnish to taste.

Serve.
