In a skillet, fry the bacon, let it sauté for a while. Add the smoked sausage, the bell pepper, the onion, mix it all together and let it fry a little longer. Add the carrot and the garlic and let it sauté. Add black pepper, salt, and parsley & chives to taste.
Add the butter and stir until melted.
Add the flour and gradually add the water, to keep it moist and hydrated.
Turn off the heat and finally add the chopped boiled egg. Mix well.
