Start by cutting the puff pastry by using a round lid as a guide then cut the pastry along the marked lines using a pizza cutter.
Then, remove the excess pastry and spread the tomato paste all over the pastry with a brush.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese and season with oregano to taste.
Close with +200g of puff pastry and using a round pastry cutter, cut all this pastry into circles.
Transfer everything to a large baking tray and using a small glass, press each of them firmly.
Next, brush the beaten egg over everything.
On top of each one, add a slice of hot dog and the grated cheddar cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with a dip of your choice.
