Crispy Potato Snacks

In a skillet, add the water, turn on the heat to medium and bring it to a boil.Add the mayonnaise and stir.Next, add the wheat flour and keep stirring until it turns into a smooth and uniform dough.Transfer it to a large bowl, set it aside and let it cool.Next, in a large bowl add the boiled potatoes cut into small cubes, the salt, the unsalted butter and mash everything into a purée.Add the mozzarella cheese, grated using the small holes on the grater, mix until combined and set aside.Once the dough has cooled, transfer it to a countertop, cut it in half then into eight pieces.Next, get one of these pieces and shape it into a ball.Repeat this process with all the other dough pieces.Get one of these dough balls, flatten it well, add one teaspoon of the potato filling we prepared earlier and close the dough.Repeat this process with all the other dough balls.Once you've done that, in a skillet filled with very hot oil, fry the snacks on both sides until golden brown.Serve with a dip of your choice.

  • 3 Medium Potatoes 
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt

  • 100g of Mozzarella Cheese
