Apple Banana Cake
In a blender, add the bananas chopped into round slices, the pitted apples chopped into cubes, the eggs, the milk, the sugar, the butter and blend all the ingredients until combined.Transfer all this mixture to a large bowl, add the wheat flour and mix all the ingredients together very well until combined.Next, add the baking powder and gently mix again until incorporated.Now, transfer all this batter to a 22cm diameter ring cake pan greased with butter and flour.Take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 40 minutes.Serve.
