Parsley Bread

In a large bowl, add the warm water, the dry yeast powder, the sugar and mix until the yeast dissolves.Add the salt, the vegetable oil and mix.Next, add the wheat flour and knead with your hands until it becomes a smooth and uniform dough.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 30 minutes.After this time has passed, transfer the dough to a countertop and stretch it out into a circular shape with diameter of about 25cm.Transfer the dough to a round non-stick baking tray with diameter of 30cm.Cover with a cloth and let the dough rise for another 15 minutes.In a small bowl, add the olive oil, the crushed garlic cloves, the salt, the grated parmesan cheese, parsley to taste, mix everything very well and set aside.After the dough has risen, cut it using a dough cutter - first, cut it into strips diagonally then do the same thing in the opposite direction.Add the sauce we prepared earlier and spread it using a brush.Take it to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and let it bake for 35 minutes.Serve.

  • 70ml of Olive Oil
  • 3 Crushed Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 30g of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Parsley to Taste
