Vegetable Noodle Soup

In a large skillet over medium heat filled with boiling water, start by adding a drizzle of vegetable oil, then add the salt, the spaghetti noodles, stir everything very well and let it all cook for 6 minutes.After this time has passed, drain all the water from the spaghetti and set it aside.Next, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a generous drizzle of vegetable oil, also add the salt, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the sweet paprika, the black pepper, the turmeric, the curry, stir everything very well until all the spices are fully dissolved and set aside. After doing that, in another large skillet over medium to low heat, add the water, the salt, let the water come to a boil, then add the spaghetti we cooked and the seasoning mixture we prepared.Add the carrot and the medium potato, both cut into smaller pieces and pre-cooked.Stir everything very well once more, cover the skillet and let everything cook for another 3 minutes.After this time has passed, add parsley to taste and stir to combine.Serve.

Finishing

  • 500ml of Water
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Medium Potato
  • Parsley to Taste

Modo de Fazer
