Start by cutting the bananas into round slices.
In a skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted. Add the sugar and stir until combined.
Once you’ve done that, add the bananas chopped into round slices, arrange them on the skillet, fry them for two minutes and remove from the heat.
In a bowl, add the egg, the refined sugar, the plain yogurt, the oil, mix well until combined.
Add the wheat flour, the cocoa powder and the baking soda, mix until combined.
Transfer this batter to the skillet with the bananas over low heat, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 15 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip it and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve.
