Start by pouring the water into a skillet and bring it to a boil.
Next, grate the head of cauliflower and as soon as it is cooked, remove it from the heat.
Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the salt, the olive oil, the eggs, the wheat flour and mix all the ingredients together very well.
Now, transfer this mixture to a rectangular baking dish greased with margarine and spread it until it is even.
In a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil, the onion, the carrot, the mushrooms, all chopped into small cubes, and sauté everything very well.
Add the tomato and the bell peppers chopped into small cubes.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and sauté again.
Next, transfer all these vegetables to the baking dish with the cauliflower mixture we prepared earlier and spread it out very well.
Add the grated cheddar cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
