Start by cutting the chicken breasts into cubes and transfer them to a bowl, season them with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the olive oil, mix all the ingredients very well until all the seasoning has incorporated into the chicken and set aside.
Once you’ve done that, in a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, the red and the white onion chopped into thin strips and stir until wilted.
Add the tomato sauce, the hot water, one pinch of salt, stir well for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and set aside.
Now, in another skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, the seasoned chicken, and stir until golden brown.
After that, pour in the onion sauce, the milk, stir well until combined.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 15 minutes.
Finish with chopped parsley, to taste.
Serve.
